What Happens
I am a high-presence, low-agenda signal that people cannot easily categorize. That forces them to resolve the ambiguity internally, which creates strong reactions.
When I enter a room, people start reacting. Not because I provoke or challenge anything directly. Something in the way I am, speak, and carry myself causes people to react in ways that reveal more about them than about me.

About Kaisa Vaittinen
I've been working in organizations since 2003. The first decade I spent in executive support roles, as executive secretary to a corporate General Counsel, as a legal secretary at a law firm, and as assistant to a tech CEO. A decade sitting at the edges of boardrooms, legal negotiations, and executive decision-making, watching how organizations actually work when no one is performing.
Looking back, I can now recognise that many of those rooms already contained the dynamics I work with today, long before anyone could name them. That was the quiet observation period the rest of my work is built on.
In 2016 I trained as a practical nurse and worked in care homes with people living with dementia. When the social surface is gone, presence is the only thing that works. I learned there what I now bring into rooms where the social surface is still very much intact.
Since then I've worked as a consultant at YH Training, and I'm now the founder of evaluoi.ai. My methodological foundation is in psychometrics, statistics, and the social and educational sciences, currently extended through a Master's in Industrial Engineering and Management at LUT University. The Evaluoi Framework, which underpins all my structured work, has taken roughly five years to build.
The presence-based side of my work is built in the same way: by staying with phenomena long enough to see what they actually are, before trying to name or structure them. It draws from years of observing what remains hidden in relationships and systems, until something shifts and brings it into view. Flag Tracker and GetClosure were built directly from that same line of work.
Two sides, one underlying discipline: take what is invisible seriously enough to make it visible, whether through presence or through measurement.
